The Territory (2022)
Il popolo indigeno Uru-eu-wau-wau ha visto la propria popolazione ridursi e la propria cultura minacciata da quando è entrato in contatto con i non nativi brasiliani. Pur avendo ricevuto la promessa di dominare il territorio della loro foresta pluviale, hanno dovuto affrontare le incursioni illegali delle attività di disboscamento e di estrazione mineraria, distruttive per l'ambiente, e, più di recente, le invasioni per l'accaparramento delle terre promosse da politici di destra come il presidente Jair Bolsonaro. Con la conseguente escalation della deforestazione, la posta in gioco è diventata globale.
