Parker è un ladro esperto che mette a segno un colpo spettacolare assieme alla sua banda. Al suo interno c'è però una traditrice, Zen, che per non dividere il bottino con gli altri fa subito fuori tutti i componenti del gruppo; tutti tranne lo stesso Parker il quale si salva miracolosamente. Zen è legata all'associazione criminale The Outfit, e Parker incrocerà di nuovo la sua strada, meditando vendetta. Prima, però, dovrà allearsi di nuovo proprio con lei per rubare una reliquia dal valore miliardario, in uno scenario reso ancor più intricato da doppiogiochismi, boss mafiosi, dittatori sudamericani, e tante uccisioni e sparatorie.
