Flubber - Un professore fra le nuvole (1997)
Il professor Philip Brainard è sempre così assorto nei pensieri dei suoi studi da sembrare svagato e assente. Per due volte ha dimenticato di presentarsi all'altare per sposare la fidanzata Sara, che pur tuttavia è disposta a dargli ancora un'occasione. Philip è preso da un sacco di idee. Con l'aiuto a casa di un superprotettivo robot volante di nome Weebo, il professore è impegnato nella ricerca di una sostanza che potrebbe diventare non solo una nuova fonte d'energia ma anche la salvezza della scuola dove lui insegna e di cui Sara è la preside, il Medfield college, che versa in condizioni economiche molto precarie. Sara fissa per la terza volta il giorno del matrimonio e questa sembra la volta buona. Philip è già vestito e pronto, quando accade che dagli attrezzi in laboratorio comincia a concretizzarsi una sostanza gommosa che, applicata su qualunque oggetto, lo fa volare in aria a velocità sostenuta.
