Tobin Bell (nato il 7 agosto 1942) è un attore statunitense, conosciuto soprattutto per le sue interpretazioni nel cinema horror e thriller. Dopo una lunga carriera come attore caratterista, è diventato uno dei volti più iconici del genere grazie alla sua presenza inquietante e alla capacità di dare profondità a personaggi oscuri e complessi. Ha raggiunto la fama internazionale interpretando John Kramer, conosciuto come Jigsaw, nella saga horror Saw. La sua interpretazione del celebre antagonista ha reso il personaggio uno dei più memorabili nella storia dell'horror moderno, apparendo in numerosi capitoli della serie tra cui Saw - L'enigmista, Saw II, Saw III, Saw IV, Saw V, Saw VI, Saw 3D, Spiral - L'eredità di Saw e Saw X.
