Samuel Levinson è un regista americano. Nato dalla production designer Diana Rhodes e dall'acclamato regista Barry Levinson, è noto soprattutto come creatore della serie teen drama della HBO Euphoria (2019-presente), per la quale ha ottenuto una nomination ai BAFTA TV Award. È noto anche per aver scritto e diretto il film comico-drammatico Another Happy Day (2011), il film thriller Assassination Nation (2018) e il film drammatico romantico Malcolm & Marie (2021). Ha anche co-scritto il film d'azione Operation: Endgame (2010), il biopic The Wizard of Lies (2017) e il thriller erotico Deep Water (2022). È sposato con la produttrice cinematografica Ashley Levinson, attualmente Chief Strategy Officer dei Bron Studios.
