Heartbreak Ridge (1986)
Sergeant Tom Highway is zijn hele leven bij de marine geweest. Hij diende in Korea en Vietnam en werd daarvoor hoog onderscheiden. Tegenwoordig houdt hij zich bezig met waar hij het beste in is: het trainen en opleiden van jongeren. In zijn nadagen komt Tom oude vrienden en relaties tegen, maar loopt tevens tegen nieuwe problemen aan. Tom probeert grip te krijgen op het persoonlijk falen in zijn huwelijk en doet zijn best om zijn relatie met zijn ex-vrouw Aggie weer nieuw leven in te blazen.
