The Scarlet Spear (1954)
In koloniaal Kenia gelooft de zoon van een stamhoofd dat hij, volgens een eeuwenoud ritueel, het stamhoofd van een andere stam moet doden voordat hij de troon van zijn vader kan opeisen. Een districtsambtenaar en een vrouwelijke verslaggeefster proberen hem tegen te houden voordat hij de koloniale wet overtreedt.
