Dark August (1976)
Een jong meisje wordt per ongeluk aangereden door een auto die wordt bestuurd door een roekeloze stadsmens. Deze roekeloze onrechtvaardigheid zorgt ervoor dat de grootvader van het meisje zijn mystieke krachten oproept en een doodsvloek over de jongeman uitspreekt. Wanhopig om de vreselijke gevolgen van de vloek af te wenden, zoekt Barry de hulp van een plaatselijk paranormaal medium.
