In dit intrigerende plot worden de superhelden Ladybug en Cat Noir geconfronteerd met een verrassende ontdekking: het bestaan van een parallel universum waarin de realiteit die zij kennen omgekeerd is. In deze alternatieve wereld zijn de dragers van de Ladybug- en Cat Miracles, meestal helden, de schurken. Aan de andere kant komt de drager van het Vlinderwonder, meestal een antagonist in hun wereld, naar voren als de held. Deze ontdekking leidt Ladybug en Cat Noir op een reeks avonturen en uitdagingen terwijl ze door deze vervormde realiteit navigeren, hun identiteit en rol als superhelden in twijfel trekken en de confrontatie aangaan met de complexiteit van goed en kwaad in een compleet nieuwe context.
