St. Elmo's Fire (1985)
Net afgestudeerd, maken zeven vrienden kennis met het echte leven. Ieder heeft zo zijn eigen problemen, maar als vrienden lossen ze die samen op. Leslie en Alec proberen hun relatie te redden. Wendy is nog steeds maagd en heimelijk verliefd op Billy. Kevin houdt iets geheim voor zijn beste vriend en Kirbo valt als een blok voor een oudere vrouw. De mooie Jules denkt door drugs te gebruiken aan een depressie te kunnen ontsnappen.
