Sleeper (1973)
Als de door een ziekenhuisongeval cryogeen ingevroren Miles Monroe na 200 jaar ontwaakt, ontdekt hij dat de toekomst minder rooskleurig is dan verwacht. Alle vrouwen zijn frigide, alle mannen zijn impotent en de wereld wordt geregeerd door een kwaadaardige dictator. Miles wordt achtervolgd door de geheime politie en gerekruteerd door rebellen die zich verzetten tegen de gevestigde orde.
