La muchacha de las bragas de oro (1980)
Luys Forest is een schrijver met een falangistisch politiek verleden. Hij leeft geïsoleerd in een kustplaats, schrijft zijn memoires (eigenlijk herschrijft en past zijn autobiografie aan de tijd aan) en piekert over zijn mislukte huwelijk. Zijn zus maakt zich zorgen om hem en besluit haar dochter Mariana naar hem toe te sturen. Mariana en een ogenschijnlijk stomme en artistieke lesbische metgezel komen naar de stad om de stabiele wereld van Luys met hun vrije en ongeremde manieren op te schudden. Al snel begint een verleidingsspel dat uiteindelijk het intellectuele spel van Luys blootlegt.
