Promises Written in Water (2010)
Kevin is een ervaren, professionele huurmoordenaar die gespecialiseerd is in het beëindigen van levens. Mallory is een wilde, poëtische, mooie jonge vrouw die geconfronteerd wordt met haar terminale ziekte en uiteindelijke zelfmoord. Ze vraagt Kevin om de verantwoordelijkheid voor haar lichaam op zich te nemen zodra ze overlijdt en vraagt hem om de waardigheid van haar dode lichaam te beschermen tot aan haar crematie. Kevins instemming met dit verzoek leidt tot ongemakkelijke zelfreflectie en verandert de manier waarop hij naar de dood kijkt.
