The Ex (2006)
Tom Reilly (Braff) en zijn vrouw Sofia (Peet) staan een aantal grote veranderingen te wachten nu dat ze een baby hebben. Als advocaat heeft Sofia altijd voorzien in een comfortabel leven terwijl Tom liefde, steun en af en toe een salaris heeft bijgedragen. Als Sofia besluit een thuisblijvende moeder te worden komt daar verandering in. Tom verhuist het gezin naar Ohio om bij zijn schoonvader’s reclamebureau te gaan werken, waar zijn nieuwe baas Chip (Bateman) een ex-vriend van zijn vrouw blijkt te zijn.
