London Bridge, Londen, Engeland, 1888: Jack the Ripper sterft in de rivier de Theems. London Bridge, Lake Havasu, Arizona, 1985: de laatste originele steen die werd gebruikt om de London Bridge te herbouwen, wordt gelegd en de hele stad is blij... maar dan gebeuren er enkele vreemde moorden.
