Abandoned and Deceived (1995)
Gerri bevindt zich in een onmogelijke situatie omdat haar ex-man niet de kinderalimentatie betaald waar ze recht op heeft. Als ze ondanks haar twee banen permanent in de schulden zit en haar twee kinderen niet meer kan onderhouden,wendt ze zich tot de toegewezen advocaat voor enige hoop, maar al snel wordt duidelijk dat hij niets voor haar zaak heeft gedaan. In wanhoop plaatst ze een advertentie op zoek naar vrouwen in een vergelijkbare situatie, en al snel staat ze aan het hoofd van een beweging die eindelijk haar doel lijkt te bereiken.
