[/spiti/ (zelfstandig naamwoord): Grieks voor huis, ] Alex heeft te maken met twee verliezen; het plotselinge overlijden van haar vader, en de op handen zijnde verkoop van haar ouderlijk huis, dat hij als architect had gebouwd. Terwijl ze probeert met deze nieuwe realiteit om te gaan, begint ze een merkwaardige relatie met het huis zelf aan te gaan en wordt ze onverwachts verliefd op een meisje.
