Terwijl Rusland zijn grootschalige invasie van Oekraïne lanceert, worden basisscholen in het Russische achterland omgetoverd tot rekruteringsfasen voor de oorlog. Geconfronteerd met het ethische dilemma van het werken in een systeem dat wordt bepaald door propaganda en geweld, gaat een moedige leraar undercover om te filmen wat er werkelijk gebeurt op zijn eigen school.
