Seize the Day (1986)
Tommy Wilhelm (Robin Williams) is een verkoper. Een eerlijke, hardwerkende man die zijn baan en zijn vriendin is kwijtgeraakt en een deel van zijn gezond verstand heeft achtergelaten terwijl hij naar New York gaat om de stukken van zijn leven op te pakken. Hij heeft altijd kunnen verkopen, maar gevangen in een neerwaartse spiraal moet hij bovendien de vader onder ogen zien die hem nooit echt heeft begrepen, terwijl hij probeert zijn nieuwe precaire bestaan in evenwicht te brengen.
