De doden stapelen zich op wanneer Turkie zich een weg maait door types als Flowis, de rappende oma, Rhonda, de biseksuele spaceworm, en hun net zo gestoorde vrienden. Het hoofd van de beveiliging van Thanksgivingland en de poortwachter van Featherworld hopen de maniakale kalkoen tegen te houden. Dit terwijl ze ook iemand helpen om haar verstand terug te krijgen.
