In 2m2 volgt regisseur Volkan Üce de evenwichtsoefening tussen religie en commercie van een Turkse begrafenisondernemer in België en zijn tegenhanger in Turkije. Elke dood roept de fundamentele vraag op na een leven tussen twee landen en twee culturen: waar hoor je thuis, waar wil je begraven worden en op welke twee vierkante meter?
