Eigenlijk wijst niets erop dat het iets anders gaat worden dan een normale zondag: Hikari helpt Akane in haar café, Honoka is stil zoals altijd en Nagisa is weer takoyaki aan het verorberen. Tijdens de pauze van Hikari trekken onze drie heldinnen zich terug in een speeltuin om verder te praten over jongens en sieraden. Maar hun mijmering wordt plotseling onderbroken door een vreemdeling die hen vraagt of ze Pretty Cure zijn en hen kort daarna aanvalt. Wie is deze vreemdeling en wat wil hij van Pretty Cure? Zit hier de heks uit het rijk van de duisternis achter en wat is ze van plan te doen? Dit ga je allemaal ervaren.
