YUNGBLUD. Are You Ready, Boy? (2025)
Voorafgaand aan de release van zijn meest persoonlijke album tot nu toe, nog voordat iemand er één noot van gehoord had, vertrok Yungblud samen met zijn tourfamilie naar Berlijn. Om zijn gloednieuwe nummers hier voor het eerst live uit te voeren en op te nemen, zonder publiek en zonder opsmuk. Niemand die hem kon vertellen wat hij moest doen, hoe hij moest klinken of wie hij moest zijn. De camera’s draaiden onafgebroken, in het teken van waarheid en vertrouwen. En daar, in de legendarische Hansa Studios – waar Bowie ‘Heroes’ schreef en opnam, en U2 ‘One’ tot leven bracht – besefte Yungblud dat niets ooit nog hetzelfde zou zijn. Dit was precies waar hij moest zijn, om te ontdekken waar hij naartoe gaat. Rauw, echt en klaar voor wat eraan komt.
