Le Ballon rouge (1956)
Op een morgen ontdekt de kleine jongen Pascal op weg naar school een grote rode ballon, die vast hangt aan een lantaarnpaal, niet ver van een trap in de Parijse wijk Ménilmontant. Pascal maakt de ballon los en neemt hem mee naar school.
