Bless Me, Ultima (2013)
Antonio Marez is een jongen die opgroeit in New Mexico tijdens de Tweede Wereldoorlog. Wanneer er een mysterieuze curandera (shaman) genaamd Ultima bij zijn familie komt wonen leert zij hem over de krachten van de spirituele wereld. Terwijl hun relatie groeit, begint Antonio te twijfelen aan de katholieke leer die hij heeft meegekregen van zijn ouders. Gebaseerd op de controversiële roman van auteur Rudolfo Anaya.
