'K', gerekruteerd door een clandestiene politieorganisatie, moet een complot van studentenradicalen tegenhouden om anarchie in Japan te veroorzaken. Gewapend met een hi-tech stalen jojo en een nieuwe naam (Asamiya Saki), moet ze een elite middelbare school infiltreren om de terroristen te vinden, maar ontdekt dat er een nog sinister plan op het punt staat zich te ontvouwen.
