Hellfire (1949)
Zeb Smith is een gokker met een roofzuchtige inslag, maar wanneer een rondtrekkende predikant een kogel opvangt die voor hem bedoeld is, zweert Zeb de missie van de predikant, namelijk het bouwen van een kerk, te vervullen. Gefrustreerd in zijn pogingen om donaties te krijgen, probeert Zeb de voortvluchtige Doll Brown te vangen om de beloning te verkrijgen. Maar hij ontdekt dat Doll meer inhoudt dan op het eerste gezicht lijkt. Wanneer zijn oude vriend Bucky McLean opduikt om op Doll te jagen, ziet Zeb een kans om ze allemaal te verlossen... op de een of andere manier.
