See My Lawyer (1945)
Ole en Chic zijn komieken die in een nachtclub werken, maar die van hun contract willen worden bevrijd om een betere baan te krijgen. Maar de preutse nachtclubeigenaar, B.J. Wagonhorn, weigert ze te laten gaan. Als represaille beginnen ze beledigingen naar de bezoekers van de nachtclub te slingeren... een truc waardoor ze al snel met meerdere rechtszaken worden geconfronteerd... tot grote vreugde van drie worstelende advocaten, Charlie Rodman, Bettty Wilson en Arthur Lane.
