Tully (2002)
Tully Jr. en Earl wonen op de ranch van hun vader in Nebraska, trots en onafhankelijk tot op het bot. Terwijl de verlegen, teruggetrokken graaf zijn vrije tijd doorbrengt met het kijken naar films, baant de verwaande Tully zich een weg door een opeenvolging van kortetermijnaffaires en een knipperlichtrelatie met April, een stripper in de stad. Wanneer hun jeugdvriendin Ella terugkeert naar de stad om een dierenartspraktijk te beginnen, valt Tully echter voor haar - hoewel de stedelingen hun twijfels hebben of hij zich ooit aan één vrouw zou kunnen binden.
