La herida (2013)
Het debuut van Fernando Franco draait om Ana, een 30-jarige ambulancechauffeur. Hoewel ze goed is in haar werk, heeft Ana problemen in haar privéleven. Ze weet het zelf niet, maar ze lijdt aan een aandoening die door psychiaters bekendstaat als borderline persoonlijkheidsstoornis. Deze situatie drijft haar tot zelfdestructief gedrag, alcoholmisbruik en zelfverminking. Ana is niet in staat te krijgen wat ze het allerliefst wil: gelukkig zijn.
