Chéri (2009)
Léa de Lonval (Michelle Pfeiffer) is mooi, tegen de vijftig en een courtisane zonder geldproblemen. Als zij zich realiseert dat de vurigheid van haar jonge minnaar Chéri (Rupert Friend) afneemt, registreert zij met koele verwondering en met bittere scherpzinnigheid nog éénmaal alle kleine en grote vreugden van een passie die haar laatste zal zijn. Chéri realiseert zich pas als hij getrouwd is met de jonge, onervaren Edmée wat Léa voor hem heeft betekend.
