Sidekicks (1992)
Tiener Barry Gabrewski (Jonathan Brandis) is een eenzame astmatische jongen van veertien. Op school wordt hij vaak gepest, vooral door vechtersbaas Cellini. Om aan de dagelijkse problemen te ontsnappen, dagdroomt Barry dat hij de partner is van aktieheld Chuck Norris in een reeks gevaarlijke avonturen. Arthur Gabrewski (Beau Bridges) wil zijn zoon naar de karateschool sturen maar de onuitstaanbare instrukteur Stone lacht hen uit. Via z'n lerares Norreen komt Barry in kontakt met Mr. Lee, die hen in de Oosterse krijgskunst inwijdt. Barry's zelfvertrouwen en konditiegroeien met de dag. Tijdens een groot toernooi sluit de echte Chuck Norris zich bij Barry's team aan.
