De film speelt zich af tijdens het begin van de Tweede Wereldoorlog op het oostelijke front. Een groep tieners, met speciale krachten, uit de Sovjet-Unie, vormen een speciaal team die zich inzetten tegen de Duitsers. Hun grootste probleem is een SS-officier, die probeert een leger met bovennatuurlijke krachten te creëren door kruisvaarders uit de twaalfde eeuw uit de dood terug te brengen.
