The Fountainhead (1949)
Howard Roark werd al van school gestuurd vanwege zijn te moderne architectonische ontwerpen, maar nu wil een krantenmagnaat juist een individualistisch ontwerp van zijn hand. Als opzichter stelt hij een vrouw aan die duidelijk gecharmeerd is van de architect, hoewel hun karakters wel botsen.
