Pygmalion (1938)
Professor Henry Higgins ontmoet het mooie bloemenmeisje Eliza Doolittle in Covent Garden. Hij besluit van haar een elegante dame te maken. Eindeloos oefenen ze op spraak en taal. Helaas is de professor nogal arrogant en realiseert hij zich vaak niet dat hij met een mens van vlees en bloed te maken heeft.
