Het hele rechtssysteem ligt op zijn gat. Daders hebben meer rechten dan hun slachtoffers en recidivisten komen overal mee weg. Alles lijkt volledig uit de hand te lopen, en dus is het tijd voor verandering. Eén man besluit op te staan, en deze wereld te transformeren in iets beters.
