The Puppet Masters (1994)
Bizarre buitenaardse wezens landen in het nachtelijke Iowa in de Verenigde Staten. Agenten Sam en Andrew Nivens maken deel uit van het team dat van de regering de op handen zijnde invasie moet proberen in te dijken. Ze worden bijgestaan door Mary Sefton, een specialiste in buitenaardse biologie van de NASA. De buitenaardse wezens, een soort slakken die zich vasthechten aan de rug van de mens, blijken systematisch de gedachtewereld van de mens over te nemen, met de bedoeling de aarde te koloniseren.
