Principessa (2009)
In Piacenza ontdekt Matilda tijdens een auditie voor een acteer rol dat ze zwanger is. Haar vriend Pietro is daar niet blij mee en loopt weg. Matilda besluit een abortus te plegen en op een avond ontmoet ze in een bar Andrea, afkomstig uit een adellijke familie. Hij neemt haar mee naar de grote villa van zijn familie en stelt haar voor aan zijn moeder, Marchesa Elena, als jonge hertogin. Matilda speelt het spel totdat Andrea naar Londen moet vertrekken; hij vraagt haar om met hem mee te gaan, maar ze biedt aan om bij Elena te blijven. Daar ontdekt Elena alles, geeft Matilda een harde uitbrander, raakt geïrriteerd en sterft. Wanneer Andrea terugkeert, bekent ze hem haar zwangerschap. Dan loopt ze weg. Maar nu is Matilda bewuster en heeft ze er vertrouwen in dat ze het kind zal houden.
