Van Gogh: Painted with Words (2010)
Een drama-documentaire gepresenteerd door Alan Yentob, met Benedict Cumberbatch in de hoofdrol. Elk woord dat door de acteurs in deze film wordt gesproken, is afkomstig van de brieven die Van Gogh naar zijn jongere broer Theo heeft gestuurd, en van de mensen om hem heen. Wat naar voren komt is een complex portret van een verfijnde, beschaafde en toch gekwelde man.
