De eigenaar van een wassenbeeldenmuseum wil dat zijn klanten een mooi verhaal horen over enkele van zijn beelden. Een schrijver neemt de opdracht aan en verzint drie verhalen over een beeld, de dochter van de eigenaar en hemzelf.
