I nostri ragazzi (2014)
Paolo is kinderarts in een druk ziekenhuis in Rome. Zijn vrouw Clara is gids bij het Ara Pacis Museum en samen hebben ze een 16 jarige zoon Michele. Paolo’s broer is advocaat met een drukke praktijk en heeft een leuke tienerdochter Benedetta in dezelfde leeftijd als Michele. Op het oog hebben beide families alles, maar ondanks hun comfortabele leven zijn er spanningen aan de oppervlak. Over het regelmatige diner wat ze met elkaar hebben in steeds weer hetzelfde restaurant. Over de arrogantie van Paolo en zijn succesvolle praktijk of over Clara en haar ziekelijke bezorgdheid om Michele. Maar dan worden de vier ouders geconfronteerd met een uitzending op TV van beelden van een mishandeling en dood van een zwerfster. De gevolgen voor beider families zijn desastreus.
