Crack in the World (1965)
Dr. Stephen Sorenson wil de warmte uit het binnenste van de aarde gebruiken voor energie, maar als een experiment mislukt, ontstaat er een diepe kloof die steeds groter wordt. Sorenson staat nu voor de moeilijke taak om dit proces te stoppen, omdat de aarde anders in tweeën zal splijten.
