Blacula (1972)
Na door graaf Dracula gebeten te zijn, verandert Manuwalde - een Afrikaanse vorst - in een vampier en wordt opgesloten in een lijkkist. Zo'n tweehonderd jaar later wordt de kist door twee antiekhandelaren naar Los Angeles verplaatst. De handelaren openen de kist en laten daardoor Blacula ontsnappen. Al snel vindt Blacula Tina - zijn gereïncarneerde vrouw Luva - wier hart hij verovert. Tina's vriend - dr Gordon - ontdekt al snel dat Blacula in werkelijkheid een vampier is...
