The Big Parade (1925)
Als de Eerste Wereldoorlog uitbreekt, meldt James Apperson zich aan bij het leger. Hij wordt uitgezonden naar Frankrijk, waar hij verliefd wordt op Melisande. Als zijn eenheid echter enkele dagen later naar het front gestuurd wordt, zal hij haar moeten verlaten.
