Kill Me Again (1989)
Jack Andrews (Val Kilmer) is een aan lager wal geraakte privé-detective in Reno, een stad vol gokkers en hoeren. Wanneer de bloedmooie Fay (Joanne Whalley) zijn kantoor binnenloopt, is dat het begin van een ingewikkelde intrige, waarvan seks, obsessie en een heleboel geld de ingrediënten zijn. Fay heeft samen met haar psychopathische vriend Vince (Michael Madsen) een kraak gezet. De buit: 1 miljoen dollar. Maar Fay heeft Vince in de steek gelaten en het geld gestolen. Om ervoor te zorgen dat Vince haar niet gaat zoeken, wil ze haar eigen dood in scène zetten. Daarbij heeft ze Jack’s hulp nodig. Jack heeft niets te verliezen…
