The Devils (1971)
Frankrijk, 17e eeuw. Zijn radicale politieke en religieuze ideeën en rijkelijk seksleven bezorgen een priester vele vijanden. Wanneer een groep nonnen door hem 'behekst' lijken te zijn, maken zijn rivalen gebruik van de resulterende massahysterie om de priester aan te houden.
