Die vom Rummelplatz (1930)
De jonge Anny keert terug van school naar haar circusfamilie, die een kleine locatie runt op de kermis. Als Anny plots moet invallen voor een van de artiesten, boeit haar pianospel niet alleen het publiek, maar ook theateragent Horbes. Hij castte de hele familie voor het Apollo-theater in Berlijn, waar Anny al snel beroemd wordt en een engagement uit de VS krijgt aangeboden.
