Évolution (2016)
De elfjarige Nicolas woont met zijn moeder in een afgelegen kustdorpje, bewoond door alleen vrouwen en jongens van zijn leeftijd. In een ziekenhuis met uitzicht op zee krijgen alle kinderen een mysterieuze behandeling. Nicolas is de enige die er vragen over stelt. Hij heeft het gevoel dat zijn moeder tegen hem liegt en wil weten wat ze 's nachts op het strand doet met de andere vrouwen. Door de vreemde en verontrustende ontdekkingen die hij doet, vindt Nicolas een onverwachte bondgenoot in een jonge verpleegster in het ziekenhuis…
