The Seagull (2018)
Het verhaal draait rond vier figuren en speelt zich af op een landgoed. Er is de beroemde actrice Irina Arkadina die haar beste tijd wel heeft gehad, haar zoon Konstantin die schrijversaspiraties koestert, de argeloze Nina Zarechnaya die actrice wil worden en de beroemde schrijver Boris Trigorin. Allen hebben ze hun eigen artistieke en romantische beslommeringen. Zo zit Trigorin in een relatie met Irina en is Konstantin verliefd op Nina.
