Scooby-Doo en zijn vrienden gaan naar een Halloween-concert van KISS in het amusementspark KISS World. Eenmaal daar komen ze erachter dat een heks het plan heeft om de kwaadaardige Destroyer uit de KISSteria dimensie te halen. Scooby en zijn vrienden besluiten om samen te werken met de leden van KISS om de heks te stoppe
